The “Fair Recruitment in Nursing” quality seal represents fair and ethical recruitment of nursing professionals from abroad. It was introduced by the Federal Ministry of Health to ensure that international nurses seeking employment in Germany are recruited under fair and transparent conditions.
K&K is committed to responsible global recruitment of international nursing professionals and offers a comprehensive approach for both employees and employers. Promoting integration and embracing diversity are core elements of our corporate philosophy and play a key role in supporting sustainable, long-term, and successful collaboration
1. Guidelines for “Fair Recruitment in Nursing in Germany”
In accordance with the “Fair Recruitment in Nursing in Germany” quality seal, K&K adheres to the following guiding principles:
- Written documentation and verifiability
- No recruitment fees for nursing professionals
- Limitation of financial risk for nursing professionals
- Transparency regarding structures, services, and costs
- Sustainability and participation
- Overall responsibility
2. WHO Global Code of practice
K&K is committed to aligning its recruitment and placement practices for international nursing professionals with the five core areas of the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel, issued by the World Health Organization.

3. International standards
This framework is based on international human rights conventions, which include, among others, the following elements:
- International human rights conventions as the overarching foundation
- The ILO Core Labour Standards, covering fundamental labour rights and, in particular, the general principles and operational guidelines for fair recruitment issued by the International Labour Organization
- The IRIS Standards (International Recruitment Integrity System), which aim to promote ethical and fair recruitment as the global norm for labour migration
